The demand of electricity is increasing every day with more than the pace of new generation being added to the system. The short supply condition is here to stay for a long time no matter whatever the politicians are claiming and promising – facts on ground seems widely divergent, one can imagine the pressure on government to sanction new connections in a country where more than 35 million people are still living without grid.
The poor grid is ageing and the infrastructure in place has its own carrying capacity limitation, even if more generation is made available, still its transportation will remain an issue.
